Peer Mentorship Opportunities

Participants don’t have to go it alone—CSP Peer Mentors are here to help.

What Peer Mentors Do:

  • Give guidance from their own experiences.
  • Encourage active involvement in CSP programs and community life.
  • Support peers in navigating classes, jobs, and personal goals.
  • Help build confidence and self-advocacy skills.

Peer Mentors are:

  • Paid employees through the Department of Rehabilitation’s Adult Work Experience program.
  • Trained to offer meaningful support to their peers.

Why Peer Mentorship Works: Sometimes, the best guide is someone who has walked the same path.
