Participants don’t have to go it alone—CSP Peer Mentors are here to help.
What Peer Mentors Do:
- Give guidance from their own experiences.
- Encourage active involvement in CSP programs and community life.
- Support peers in navigating classes, jobs, and personal goals.
- Help build confidence and self-advocacy skills.
Peer Mentors are:
- Paid employees through the Department of Rehabilitation’s Adult Work Experience program.
- Trained to offer meaningful support to their peers.
Why Peer Mentorship Works: Sometimes, the best guide is someone who has walked the same path.
